Yes. An “exclusive” listing simply means that the listing broker is the seller’s exclusive representative. As a member of the Southern Vermont Board of Realtors® (SVBR) and as a member of the Northern New England Real Estate Network (NNEREN) Brattleboro Buyer Brokerage can give you full access to all property listed in the Vermont/New Hampshire Multiple Listing Service (MLS) regardless of which agency has the listing. As your representative, we can also assist you with for-sale-by-owner properties.

Multiple Listing Service (MLS)

The Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is a cooperative system allowing each member agency to access the property listed by other member agencies. For each property, information is entered into a database which each membere agency can access. By chosing appropriate search criteria, we can find every listing in the system which fits our parameters. Every property in MLS is an “exclusive” listing, yet every agency which belongs to the statewide MLS can access them. Brattleboro Buyer Brokerage Real Estate is a full member of the Vermont MLS and the New Hampshire MLS.
