Thank you for your follow up. And that’s a perfect segue as to why I selected Steven K-Brooks. I’d had a bad experience looking for a home just prior to this, where the broker was slow to follow up and for the most part only used email and the messages always seemed cryptic, lacking needed information. As a professional, I would have hoped that she would have provided more insight and guidance. Steven, from the first email, showed evidence of his years of experience in the industry and was proactive in providing information and setting expectations. If there was something I didn’t understand, he was able to provide an explanation without sounding condescending or being put out. Not only did Steven help me in securing my new home, but also helped me secure my deposit from the first home that fell through. When it seemed like we were headed down the same path with this house, it was his calming manner that kept me grounded. You could tell that Steven’s goal in the process was not just receiving a commission, but making sure his client secured the home they wanted and could afford. Steven has since followed up several times. This is something I’d expect from a salesperson who needs to continuously reach out to their customers for follow up, not from someone who may not see this customer for at the very least maybe another 5 years. It’s yet another sign of his true professionalism and passion for what he does…represent his client!
